Video description: When this week's Maximo Latino was introduced to us as 'Big Ari', we weren't quite sure if it was another of those euphamistic monikers until he dropped his pants. Obviously, 'Big Ari' must be a hit in the showers because his equipment is nothing to sneeze at, as they say. But there is no arogance in him.
